Backend Developer Python (m/w/d) - Conversario
For evolving and maturing the development of our tool backends and data pipelines we are looking for a committed Backend Developer (m/w/d) with a focus on Python development.
Responsibilities
- Conception and implementation of robust Python backends, APIs and data processing pipelines
- Maintenance, optimization, and extension of existing backend services
- Integration of service-oriented AI backends and implementation of various microservices
- Come up with creative solutions for intriguing problems by e.g. parttaking in hackathons with the team
Knowledge, Experience & Competencies
- 3+ years of overall professional experience as a backend developer
- Hands-on experience with Python and its frameworks (FastAPI, asyncio etc.)
- Experience with building and operating RESTful APIs, understanding microservices architecture
- Knowledge of modern storage-, queue- and search solutions (MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL etc.)
- Hands-on experience with data processing pipelines and social media APIs is a big plus
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, collaborating with product managers, devops and frontend developers to create great products for customers
- A well-structured way of working, the ability to meet deadlines, analyze requirements, and take ownership of everything you do
- Fluency in English (German is a plus)
